چکیده
The COVID-19 pandemic, which originated in China and spread all over the world, continues to be a significant public health crisis. Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) platelet (PLR) are valuable parameters that can evaluated routine blood tests provide information about inflammation many diseases.
This study aimed evaluate effect of NLR PLR on mortality.
Methods. Our cross-sectional cohort included patients who were hospitalized due with positive polymerase chain reaction test results whose negative at time first admission hospital, but computed tomography imaging was suspicious for found repeated during their hospitalization. Prognosis hospitalization outcomes investigated discharge, hospital admission, intensive care unit (ICU) mortality data 30 days recorded relationship between these evaluated.
Results. mean age 57.5 ± 16.7 years. Cough most common symptom present half patients. Almost one-third (27.1%) had least three symptoms presentation. Both increased levels observed significantly predict (p<0.001, p=0.001, respectively). Sensitivity specificity 65.2% 80.4% (AUC: 0.767, cut-off>5.49) 43.5% 81.9% PLR, respectively 0.622, cut-off>228.13).
Conclusions. has concluded effective predictors infected SARS-CoV-2.

The evaluation of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with and without ocular complications
Background: Rheumatoid Arthritis patients are evaluated during treatment for various inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, and Disease Activity Score, and other immune system-related factors. In the follow-up of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, hematologic factors associated with the immune system especially Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio and Neutroph...
متن کاملAssessment of Prognostic Value of Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio and Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio in Patients with Pulmonary Embolism.
BACKGROUND Acute pulmonary embolism is a serious medical condition that has a substantial global impact. Inflammation plays a role in the pathophysiology and prognosis of acute pulmonary embolism (APE). The aim of the present study was to investigate the prognostic value of admission parameters for complete blood count (CBC) in APE. METHODS A total of 203 patients who were hospitalized with d...

The aim of this study is to investigate the diagnostic efficacy of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio (NMR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in patients with Crohn's disease (CD) and non-CD controls. These ratios were all derived from complete blood counts. Two hundred and six participants including CD inpatients and non...
متن کاملPrognostic value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio in intensity modulated radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Background Inflammatory response markers plays an important role in tumor progression. The aim of this analysis was to evaluate whether the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) could predict the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Materials and Methods 247 patients who underwent Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy( IMRT )were enrolled from Jan...
متن کاملPlatelet to lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
OBJECTIVES It has been well documented that the platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) are associated with outcomes for patients with gastric cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and acute heart failure. Inflammation may be the hidden factor that explains the correlation between NLP, PLR, and these diseases. However, to date, the data concerning NLR, PLR, ...
